Actifio allows users to virtualize copying data using their Multi-Cloud Copy Data Management software platform.
Actifio can be configured with B2 by following the steps below.
Step 1:
Open the Domain Manager to System > Configuration > Storage Pools and select the OnVault tab to view this page:
Step 2:
Click “Click to add pool” and select Generic Amazon S3 Compatible in the Pool Type dropdown. Then enter the Bucket name, Key ID, Application Key, and S3 Endpoint into the appropriate fields.
Step 3:
Choose AWS Signature Version 4 in the Authentication Scheme dropdown.
The S3 Compatible API for Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage allows 1000’s of integrations to work with B2 natively. If you’re new to the S3 Compatible API, please see our Getting Started Guide. If you have any trouble using Actifio with B2, please let us know by emailing us at b2feedback@backblaze.com
