How long will my USB Restore take?

Time to build and ship a USB hard drive restore is highly dependent on the amount of data and number of files selected for restore as the servers must all be contacted to supply the selected data.

It typically takes 2 to 4 business days per 1,000 GB of data (or fraction thereof) to prepare, copy and encrypt. Of course these are just estimates - timeframes can fluctuate depending on the total quantity of data, and number of individual files. All USB restores are prepared and shipped from the U.S., even if your data is stored in a non-U.S. data center.

Once the drive is built, it's shipped via FedEx, and you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you're in the continental USA, it ships overnight. If you're outside the USA, it ships FedEx international priority, which can be as few as 3 to 4 days for many locations, or as much as 10 days for remote locations.

The $189 price is inclusive of shipping, though for customers outside of the USA are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs or fees.
