The time to build and ship a USB hard drive restore depends on the amount of data and number of files selected for restore, as the servers must all be contacted to supply the selected data.
It typically takes 1-2 business days per terabyte of data to prepare, copy and encrypt. Times can fluctuate depending on the total quantity of data, and number of individual files in your restore.
All USB restores are prepared and shipped from the United States, even if your data is stored in a non-U.S. data center.
Once the drive is built, it's shipped via FedEx, and you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you're in the continental USA, it ships overnight. If you're outside the USA, it ships FedEx international priority, which can be as few as 3 to 4 days for many locations, or as much as 10 days for remote locations.
The $189 price is inclusive of shipping within the United States. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs, or fees.
Please note that restores are only built Monday through Friday, and are not processed over the weekend.
