How Do I Renew My Backblaze for Business Account?

NOTE: This FAQ applies to Backblaze for Business accounts created before January 18, 2017

Approximately one month prior to your account’s expiration date you will receive a renewal invoice via email, with a link to pay.

All invoices can be paid with a Credit Card or ACH (including internationally). If you would like to change the billing contact for your account or if you have not received a renewal invoice, email freshbooks@backblaze.com.
