The error code Horse is usually a time out.
In most cases when this happens, if you just run the transfer once more the process will continue where it left off.
Please retry the transfer, when you get horse, immediately do the transfer again.
Then wait about 5 minutes. Then it should connect to the previous backup state and license.
If it doesn't it could be A firewall, on the machine, and Anti-virus, or windows
If the transfer still does not work, please contact support.
